The marketplace
Fragment. is a curated marketplace for original artwork. Artists list pieces and set prices; collectors buy them. Fragment. facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale between artist and collector.
Payments & fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. Artists receive payment net of platform and payment fees. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where shown.
Fulfillment
Fulfillment is between buyer and artist: local pickup at the artwork's listed city, or artist delivery. Buyers and artists agree handover details in Messages.
Refunds
Sales are final once handover is complete. If a piece is damaged in transit or the artist cannot fulfill, contact fragment.app@outlook.com for resolution.
Conduct
Don't list counterfeit, plagiarised, or unlawful work. Don't harass other users. We may remove listings and accounts that violate these terms.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We retain order records as required by law.
Liability
Fragment. is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from the sale, condition, or delivery of artworks between users.
