What we collect
We collect the email address, name, and role you provide at sign-up; payment metadata returned by our payment processor (we never see your card details); and the artwork, bid, message, and order data you create on Fragment.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: process payments, deliver notifications, surface your listings to collectors, and connect buyers with artists. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
Account, listing, and order data is stored on Lovable Cloud (EU region). Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails are sent transactionally.
Your rights
You may export, correct, or delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, listings, bids, messages, and notifications. Past orders may be retained for tax and accounting purposes.
